Highland Palms is an active, friendly 55+ community where its 535 members own their own homes and lots as well as an undivided interest in the common properties.

We are located in rural Riverside County, about 25 miles southeast of the city of Riverside and are about equidistant from the cities of Menifee and Perris on the west and Hemet on the east.

Life in the community revolves around the social activities of the clubhouse and its large, heated pool (except Winter months), and the sporting attraction of the development’s SCGA sanctioned nine-hole executive golf course.

For relaxation after participating in sports or working out in our fitness center we have both spa and sauna facilities.

Other activities include monthly presentations by the amateur players of our Variety Club, billiards tournaments, bingo games and a library with a nice selection of books, puzzles, and DVDs.
