HOA Meetings
Board Meeting November 7, 2024. 10:00AM in main clubhouse.
HOA Member Meeting – None for November because of Veteran’s Day activities.
Swimming Pool Use
Our rules state that everyone must take a shower before entering the swimming pool.
This is extremely import because the oils from suntan lotion and body oils are clogging up our filtering system.
If the water gets to contaminated with oils, we will have to drain the pool and refill it. This is very costly and will shut the pool down for 10 days.
Even after you swim, if you put sunscreen on to lay in the sun, you need to take another shower before reentering the pool.
Movie Night
The free movie night will be held on Oct 24, 2024 in the main clubhouse starting at 5:30PM.

We will be serving popcorn at no charge. We will also be serving hotdogs or Pizza for $1.00 and soft drinks for $0.50. And a 50/50 Drawing.ly
